March 6th – Competition Pitmaster

The Competition Pitmaster class held at Now You’re Cooking Culinary Academy is a special engagement featuring two of the top pitmasters in the sport, Fergolicious BBQ and Wolf’s Revenge, teaming up to teach all the techniques that help them succeed!

Fergolicious BBQ and Wolf’s Revenge will BOTH be teaching their FULL 4 meat KCBS processes that have earned them 11 700+ overall scores and 33 perfect 180 scores (combined).

All recipes, pit preperation and cooking techniques, meat selection, and more will be taught in fine detail!
